Logiqs Support is the customer support website for Logiqs B.V. It introduces a knowledge base for customers working with Logiqs logistics systems and software.
What the website needs to do
Existing customers have different needs from new buyers. They need an obvious place to start, a way to access support information and clear contact details when they need assistance.
The website approach
The public landing page brings knowledge base search, sign-in, registration and service contacts together. The support site has its own focused navigation while keeping the Logiqs identity. Knowledge base content requires customer login.
Beyond the launch
Hot Sauce designed and built this website and continues to administer it. The relationship carries on after launch, with a familiar contact for the site as the business evolves.
