High-speed crate handling, made clear.
The project
AFB developed a compact transfer car for a beverage-industry customer. An eccentric lifting device, telescopic fork and chain conveyor hand pallets over to racking or the customer’s conveyor system. Adjustable impact walls secure each load while an external belt drive moves the car at up to 140 m/min.
The animation
The 3D animation turns an enclosed handling system into a readable sequence. By following the pallet from pickup and securing through transfer, it clarifies how the mechanisms work together and why the low front and rear approach dimensions matter.
