From supply station to kiln, automatically.
The project
AFB’s special 150-210-2450 telescopic fork unit handles insulator carriers between a Flexlift supply station and kilns in a cleanroom environment. A transfer car carries the unit, while the integrated top fork lift performs the lifting task and supports the extended fork from below.
The animation
The animation focuses on the load carrier, extending fork and the support beneath it. Close views of the lifting mechanism and wider views of the carrier make the relationship between extension, support and lifting easy to follow.
