What happens next
Your message goes directly to the studio. We reply with questions about the product and a practical next step.
Before we begin
Useful questions. Clear next steps.
You do not need a finished brief to start a conversation.
What do I need to provide?
Start with a product description and the audience you need to reach. Tell us whether CAD, drawings, photographs or existing models are available so we can assess the starting point.
How are timing and cost determined?
Scope depends on the source material, technical complexity, film length and required formats. Include a launch or exhibition date in your message so the proposal can take it into account.
How should we plan feedback?
Identify who can approve the technical details and who owns the communication goal. Agree the review stages and revision scope in the project proposal before production begins.
What if our product is confidential?
Mention confidentiality requirements in your first message. Discuss an NDA and the appropriate way to share files before sending sensitive product information.
How we use your details
This form sends your name, email, optional company and message to Hot Sauce through our email delivery provider, Resend, so we can respond to your enquiry. To limit automated submissions, we store a keyed hash of your IP address and temporary request counters with Upstash. These counters expire within 24 hours and contain no form contents. Contact info@hotsauceanimations.nl with questions about the information you share.
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as playing a film or opening an enquiry. Our custom events contain interface identifiers, such as the selected project and language, not the text you enter into the form. Hosting and analytics services also process technical request information.
Portfolio videos use YouTube's standard player. It loads only after you choose to play a film. YouTube receives technical information about the request and may use cookies. In video windows, you can switch to the privacy-enhanced player or open the film on YouTube. For questions about your enquiry or to request access to or deletion of information you shared, email info@hotsauceanimations.nl.
